There is a great deal of data published in the Linked Data Cloud, but it difficult for a user to explore and use this data. To address this problem, we have developed an application called LODStories, which allows people to navigate and explore the available linked data. We are focusing specifically on data about artwork using Linked Data we built for the Smithsonian American Art Museum. The application allows to people learn about art while interactively constructing multimedia stories. LODStories allows a user to explore interesting connections between artworks, artists, places and ideas. The system guides users to construct a storyboard that connects the entities in an interesting way. It uses text from DBpedia, images from Google Images, and videos from Youtube that users can arrange to create a multimedia story. It then constructs a narrated video that users can edit and publish to tell their story. The process is fun and students learn about art and its connection to the world they live in.
